Is this a certified or USPAP appraisal?
No. This is a data-driven desktop Equipment Valuation Report built from observed market sales. It is not a USPAP appraisal, is not certified, and is not prepared by an accredited appraiser. It is not suitable for IRS, litigation, or lender contexts that require a qualified appraiser. It is built for practice-sale negotiations, closure planning, internal budgeting, and insurance scheduling.
Where do the values come from?
Every value is derived from recorded sold prices — what comparable units actually sold for — never from asking or list prices. We draw on two sold-price streams: eBay recorded sold transactions (retail resale) and monitored equipment-auction closes (a liquidation floor). Each item's report says which basis was used and how many comparables backed it.
What is my used lab or medical equipment worth?
It depends on the exact model, condition, and how many comparable units have recently sold. Your report gives a Fair Market Value (continued-use) figure and an Orderly Liquidation Value for each item, plus the comp count and a confidence tier so you can see how firm each number is.
What if there aren't many comparables for my item?
We never pad comp counts. If an item has limited data it is flagged with a lower confidence tier, and if there are too few sold comps to stand behind a number, we say so rather than inventing one. Honest scope is the whole point.
How fast, and how do I get it?
Reports are delivered within 72 hours of payment (rush available). You submit your equipment list below; we confirm scope and send a payment link; then we build and deliver a PDF report you can share with buyers, brokers, lenders, or your accountant.
